Dosage & How to Use
You can take the oil anyway that suits you – use an oil spray, squeeze a few drops under your tongue or add it to recipes.
Suggested use: Twice a day (morning and night): Squeeze a few drops under your tongue and hold the oil there for 2-4 minutes, then swallow.
This oil can also be used at the onset of a headache, muscular aches and pains or moments of anxiety.
Gradually increase or decrease the dosage to achieve the desired results.
